Gas Stations Long Island Open
at 7 p.m. - I saw 100 cars waiting in line for gas at Hess. Consider everything that has happened to be the bright side of this event. Mocing forward, we enter the dark side. Where to buy gas? Well, we should see more stations open daily (we better). Here's a recent news report on Fema's actions.
FEMA ORDERS 12 MILLION GALLONS OF UNLEADED AND 10 MILLION GALLONS OF DIESEL
[link to www.fema.gov]
WASHGINTON, DC – As part of the ongoing response and recovery from Hurricane Sandy, President Obama has directed the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to purchase up to 12 million gallons of unleaded fuel and up to 10 million gallons of diesel fuel for distribution in areas impacted by the storm to supplement ongoing private sector efforts. This purchase will be transported by tanker trucks and distributed throughout New York, New Jersey and other communities impacted by the storm.
“FEMA is just one part of the emergency management team, a team that includes the full federal government, state, tribal, and local officials, faith-based and non-profit organizations, the private sector, and especially the public,” said FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate. “The entire team will continue to lean forward as we work together to respond to and recover from this disaster.”
This purchase is in addition to the emergency diesel fuel loan from the Energy Department’s Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve.
FEMA’s mission is to support our citizens and first responders to ensure that as a nation we work together to build, sustain, and improve our capability to prepare for, protect against, respond to, recover from, and mitigate all hazards

Alien, Demon Faces Scattered in Every Scene of "The Immortals"
The Immortals is the KING of Alien Subliminal films. Granted, every film Hollywood makes has them... but The Immortals takes the grand prize for scariest use of them.
The above pic (taken from the upper right hand corner of a baseball card produced for the children's market) is an example of the alien face subliminals that scatter every film ever made. My girlfriend, Rebecca "Becky" Twist has created a blog where she will include clips (inlcuding times, and everything the industry doesnt want you to have. I am using Gajonka's Blog because he has already been attacked and framed, so he thought I could use his outlet since they already tried to set up a blog called "the end is near" so he could be labeled as non-conforming. This is what is done with third party candidates, too. Whenever you vote for a
rogue candidate" as they call them internally, they put you on a list for non-conformity. They save the files containign the list o names, and pt it away untol they need it.,
Let's look at a ew films wherere alien aces are hhidden:
you musgt use the zoom and pause buttons aon your dvd remote
AI: look at the forest scenes, the beatles are there, and many alien aces
MOney Never Sleeps- WS II: in the end, the camera pans to the sky, and you see a guy in a couc smioking a pipe.
immortals -- every single scene.
the doors: opening scene whhere jim morrison is hitchhiking, in the backgorund there are two alien faces.
Imaginaorium: Scene where reptile comes out of river - big alien face in backgounr.
Look for Becky's Blog: Hollywood Busts Aliens.
Enjoy... i hope you are mad.

Subliminal Messages - Employed by Illuminati Companies...
A couple of things.
I think I remember sending Drudge a "feedback note" once back in March-April, when I was almost completely convinced Nibiru was coming. I e-mailed them someting like "why dont you report real news?" Well, they booted me from the site- Forevers!!
Second, if you watch this video, two items exist that I'd like to bring to your attention. The content of the video is not that great, on a scale of 1-10 I gove it a 5.8934, I like the Obama picture... hilarious. But if you look at the Harry Reid picture.... heh, they kid is reporting the wrong thing.
Third, in the H, Reid pic, if you look closely, using the application of searching the background for a set of eyes, two holes, or circles not too far from each other on a horizontal plane... you will see that to Harry's right -his right - behind him, you will see the face of something... maybe a chimpanzee, or an alien hybrid.
If you want to see the most disgusting abuse of subs - check out "Immortals."
But this is important... subliminals are employed by the big ones... and they are using them often.
My greatest concerns rests with why they embed the faces of aliens in every motion picture>?
Heh - O know you are reading this. The gloves are off.

2013 In Film
Here's a look at what's COMING SOON!
Unfortunately, M. Akkad and Co. are getting hasseled by Hollywood, and not being permmitted to make the next Michael Myers film ( aka Hallowen Franchise). Well, as long as R. Z is not doing it, nothing is better than him fracking it up.

Yes. I've been told they are hidden in all of them. Can you believe that? Weird! Anyway, I hear a blog is starting up - will send you the link. She is posting pics, including the names of the films and where to find the aliens... all subliminal stuff.

Who Got Nominated: Oscars 2012: Tree Of Life to sweep...
Well, a horrible nightmare has come to fold. Jonah Hill, whose real name is Jonah Feldstein, received an Oscar nomination. Why do you people find this fat, ugly, no-talent slob funny? He certyainly has shotty acting skills at best, and it is a tragedy that he has received a nomination. The Oscars are now the oscars, with a lower case o.
The Academy did redeem itself though, by nominating Nick Nolte for his supporting role in "Warrior."
Nolte turns in a masterful performance, and his exit is one for the ages. I knew when he had his violetn flashback, and disappeared, that something special would be in store for him. Nolte has been blacklisted by the Academy since Affliction.
Pleasant Surprises.
No, this is not the pragraph about Moneyball. It is about Ms. McCarthy who steals the show in Bridesmaids. She is hilarious and should win - that would be great.
There is an eerie aura surrounding this year's Oscars - not, not becasue many think Billy Crystal is over the hill and can;t do it anymore. IN fact, Crystal had such a horrible showing at his last appearance, that it was by by Billy from there. He went on to buy his way into Yankee batting practice. I mean, really. Thatw as the year 'Return of The King " swept the oscars. Rather than embrace the New Zealand filmmakers, he made fun of them. Just returning the favor, Billy.
No, the strangeness will come from Terrence Malick's film "Tree of Life" an unconventional masterpiece that takes the viewer into an experience that will invigorate all 5 senses. With rummrsof Planet X coming (I mean, isnt it odd that the camera's in Antarctica do not film the sky, but a building?} The Tree of Life addresses how the sun will transform into a white dwarf, and the earth will freeze over. But if you let you subconsciious take over while you watch the film, you will see that the image of earth and the sun toward the end fo the film, is really a avery large eye. Crazy stuff. Just how Saturn is an eye... have another look.
I beleiev Malick's film will sweep all categories it is noimintaed for. Malick will be urged to contiune making films ansd that is why they will vote for him as best director.
Finally, and I will continue to have postings on the oscars as we go - 30 days and counting, but the whole Moineyball issue is smoehting else. Yes, OK, I feel Pitt deserves the nomination... but there is no chance he will win. We'll see.
Enjoy,

New Casey Anthony Video You Tube: VLOG
I love this picture of Casey. This is the look that the Foreman dreamed of every night. Please look for my new short story "The Foreman," it is about how brain-dead the guy "who looks like Johnny Depp" on the jury was - as we enter his world of complete , and utter incompetence.
Anyway, Casey is back! Here, have a look at her VLOGS:
Before you jump in... remember - she is completely insane - so these are fun to watch. I am sure she wears her vibrator around her neck these days.

Who is Rick Santorum? Here is your answer...
Pennysylvania Senator Rick Santorum pulled off the Iowa Special yesterday. Santorum, an awkward, uncomfortable looking geek who speaks with false audacity, came through with a second place finish in the state that starts it all.
Last year, Iowa gave the majority of their votes to a similar SuperMax Conservative: Mike Huckabee. Fresh from his upset win, Huckabee went on a tear as he orchestrated a complete collapse that left him with the impression that America's Republican's found him to be a few thousand miles from being presidential material. He did re-emerge to sign a T.V. deal where I am sure he will try to spend the rest of his days... in Iowa style.
Santorum didn't win, but he could have if eight more people voted for him. When Americans checked-in with their mobile devices at around 10:30 p.m. Eastern Time, they read the headline "Rick 26.3%, Mitt 26.4%" All of them smiled and disdainfully spoke the words" "Perry!?!? The idiot from Texas who did nothing more in his bid than demonstrate to everyone how low his I.Q. score is?"
Then, after checing in at 11:30 p.m. they saw Santorum, Rick Santorum.
It is sure to be one of those Huckabee specials. Unfortunately, Iowa has historically caused many candidates to quit the race. This proves how poor the sytem is. Fred Thompson quit after the Huckabee win, for some awful reason.
Tonight, some candidates will be hitting the showers thinking about defeat, but also the positive experience if meeting so many people and expanding their network. Rick Perry, Michelle Bachman are the two casualties this time around. At least Bachman would make a good VP. Perry, on the other hand belongs in Texas. As for the guy who came in third place, Ron Paul, he has a good message. He also doesn't own any business shoes as he was seen wearing black hightops during the last debate.
Well, you can't call someone a geek without offering up some proof. I've attached the video of Rick Sanoturum saying, in the most pathetic way:
"Game On!"
it will make you cringe. Enjoy.

Casey Anthony Guilty
Or is she?
GFU is a film blog. Since the quality of Hollywood productions are disgusting, and the industry is a no-talent real life horror show, I am going to jump into reality. Unlike things that can be fixed... like an election to replace a blind governor, or a club owner firing a shit for brains manager like Joe Girardi, Hollywood can never be fixed. Hollywood is a nightmare, the people have no talent, and we cannot do one fucking thing about.
Anyway,
OK... let's have a look at the murder of Caylee Anthony. It is an enigmatical event... many different arguments. I will also counter the website Casey Anthony Is Innocent. I am still trying to figure this freaken thing out. Maybe you can help me.
Guilty Predicates.
1. This involves Casey swiping her old man's Henkel duct tape and using it on her little bundle of joy. Her little bundle of joy has recent;y beem transorming into a big sack of liability. She can't go out and get sex from her boyfriend enough. She's been having a streak of tough luck recently and can't seem to get a keeper. She wants a keeper, so it would be to her benefit to stage a kidnapping and hope the body never gets recovered. But if that is her goal, a better plating spot for the body would be optimal. Hopespring represents a drop of convenience rather than intent. Meaning , the if the kid drown, hopespring would be a fit, if she was killed, a better drop would make sense. Anyway, if she killed the kid, the backup plan would be - if the body were found, to have it link to someone other than her. So she would use the henkel brand of tape - to link it to her old man. But if she were playing a kidnapping, why not use regular duct tape? Then again, it may simply be the only tape available... and more than 1 person owns a roll of henkel, so its plausible.
TO BE CONTINUED... check in as we continue to explore EVERYTHING.

Casey Anthony: New book called "The Foreman."
Day 13.
Ah, back in the court room. Feels good to be here today, after this morning's mess. I overslept again. The rest of the gang were waiting on the bus for me and I had to change out of my new Scooby Doo sleep gear. I could really use some of that hot, brown stuff now. It keeps me alert. I call it coffee, too. Funny.
It took us twenty minutes to set up two single file lines that will be linked to our corresponding seats in the jury box. I don't think they know about this problem we are having yet. They think we are taking extra time to stretch or to relax and prepare our minds.
As we proceeded into court room, the big, butch female bailiff , who looks like a blonde-haired guy, noted that we were out of order again.
The witness is called and I am getting tired. I found out today that the place we are staying in has a transporter called an elevator. It is better than stairs.

Amanda "Angel Face" Knox: The Real Deal.
Not sure why the US media is defending Amanda Knox. Wait, I take that back. I know why. Look at that face... this is the face of the perfect American girl. If Amanda Knox looked better with a brown bag on her face, I do not think she would receive, what i am going to refer as blind, incompetent support. It is a great story, really. Two twenty year old hotties. One from Britain, and one from Seattle. Their paths cross in Perugia, a small, cozy little nook in Italy.
So they meet, they are now roommates. Things are great during this honeymoon period. They get drunk together, nad they have fun. Then that fun period ends... and you begin to realize that you are living with someone... that you have to share everything, and that you are not in control of, what should be, the one thing you should be in control of, your home.
These two girls quickly realized ( three months is all it took before Knox slit her throat) that they are two completely different people. Knox is an extrovert, she is a show-off, a classc West Coast Babe, who thinks they are the coolest thing around. Knox would whip out her guitar and play when Meredith was trying to sleep, or study, or even watch the telly. Knox would leave her huge dildo right out in the open, on a shelf in the shared bathroom. Knox liked to fuck... and fuck she did. Kercher was a girl of academia... she was popular, but she was not Foxy Knox. Let's check the tale ofg the tape:
Meredith Kercher: 20, sultry brown eyes, nice brown hair, a great smile, and oh my, that sexy,, sexy british accent. There's a little secret I will tell you that others will not... becasue they don't know. Guys find a girl with a britihc accent sexy. Unfortunatley for Knox, they don't make britihs accents in Seatle, they make coffee. SCORE: 7.001/10 (Note: Some pics of Meredith come across better than others. Either way, the brown eyes and the brit accent automatically position her in seven land.)
Amanda Knox: Damn, let's just have another look, another picture here. I tellya what, I am having a fantasy about Amanda Knox... and in it she is wearing a tight, striped shirt. Sometimes, they say, they come back... wait, strike that , I mean, sometimes, they say, if you think hard enough, you can make your desires appear:
http://www.easterncynic.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/amanda-knox.jpg
The long and short of it is - Knox is KnoxOUT. She is a babe. She gets a tan in prison. The chick is almost flawless. She gets hotter when she speaks italian. She is perfecting her italian while in the clinky clink... it just gets better and better. The US Media is using her looks to win a soft power battle against the italian justice system (which is quite unique, and, I"ll expand). Thus, we have the tragedy of locking up the best piece of ass to come along in a loong time.
Score: 9.437/10 (without cold sore on lip)
8.4/10, (with cold sore on lip)
Now, what's interesting about these numbers, these figures, these results, and if you look closely, you'll see, is that Knoxout beats Meredith even with a wet, slimy, red cold sore on her lip. This is just another terrible tragdy.
Let's get into mthe facts (and I'll make this short- this post has already goten out of control):
MK was murdered by multiple persons. There were two to three different stab wounds mon her neck and back. She had no defensive wounds, or marks, indicating her hands were bound behind her. Rudy Guede is a black drug dealer. Raffeaelle is Knoxout's boyfriend. Guede is doing 16 years time for the hit. He left his DNA at the scene. He forgot to flush the toilet after taking a dump, and that'll do it to you everytime. Next, MK did not have a good, close relationship with Guede. She would not have let him in the apartment. TWO, Knox lied and said that her boss killed MK. Why would you even do that? If you are innocent, you do not accuse other people. Holy Casey Anthony!
THREE; MK's dna was found on Rafaelle's knife. FOUR: While MK's friends cried, and mourned at the polcie stations, Knox was laughing, singign, and doding car wheels. FIVE: The two roommates hated each other. Knox was dirty, she would leave the toilet unflushed (if its yellow let it mellow- west coast - water preservation, etc.)
Now, she is free - but I hope new evidence surfaces.

Gotti Film - principal photography to begin in Jan of 12.
"What i gotta do? Push a button?"
It's always good news when a film about Gotti gets made. Travolta appears to be the drive on this one. Thank you, John Travolta.
It will be interesting. He was in Queens on Friday watching some old family video. John Gotti looks like a king of sorts. The personal barber, the suits, he's got class. In reality, he talks like a street player. There's nothing wrong with that - I mean, how did you expect him to talk. The FBI always said that the conversations he had, they they intercepted, were hours and hours about betting on games, NFL, and horses. That's it. He woke up at 11 am everyday.
OK, I'll stop getting "into it."
Sad news that Pesci turned down the role o GasPipe Casso -a real, feared, Badass.
He should change his mind. Gotti and Gaspipe both wanted eacjh other dead. They were the two most feared men in the NYC Mafia.
Looking forward to this!
2011 - Remaining Films
Here's a look at the release dates... to see where the remaining 2011 films will Fall... this Fall.
No Michael Myers or Leatherface this year - I hope 2012 is a bit more fun.
Also, looks like Clooney is going to rake in at the Oscars. Oh boy.
Enough! Let's do this!!
** Before we press start, just want to give a shout-out to the Big Blue Wrecking Crew - who went INTO Philly, shocked the world, and beat the so-called "DREAM TEAM," the beagles. They also did what they do best, they KO's the QB... Vick had to leave with a broken hand, and cloudy head. Congrats Giants! Takin Crae of Business!!

Beware Facbook
The Gajonka would like people to be mindful about the man behind Facebook and his intentions.
As we know from the MZ is the youngest billionnaire in the world. He has an evil plan to rule the world. Here it is:
His theory is that if he can get friends and family he can create an empire. At some date in the future he will use his army of people (essentially a customer list for advertisers) to confirm his reign. 800 million are currently on Facebook.
His team believes that the amount of stuff people share doubles every year.
His plan to rule the world is hidden behind his "The Open Graph" theory.
This is what he calls " a picture of all the links that ppl have with others and stuff about their lives and interests.
This, of course, will MAKE IT MUCH EASIER FOR ADVERTISERS TO TARGET ADS AT CERTINA PEOPLE.
Facebook is expected to go public next year, the new-look is to evidence that it can ramp up ad revenue.
Google+, the US competitor, has been unleashed.
The more people share, the more concern about privacy.
The Social Network has abundant knowledge about people. Facebook monitors going on in one's life.
MZ does not permit users to keep the old classic loo - his Zuckerberg's Law states that ppeople must sdhare more. Sgaring less is not an option.

Heeeeeeeere's The Gajonka!
It's good to be back.
Lots of things going on now that the regulatory body has left. Looks like a victory. The thing about these things are - when they arrive, everyone in the office looks at me with the sort of look like" Wow, it sucks being him. He is going to get beat bad."
Well, you look bad at that moment.
But when you issue a beat-down - you look real, real good.
So, let the games begin!

2010 - BOOK OF THE YEAR! Winner Announced.
It was a quiet year for the written word. In many ways, that is.
The book of the year competition is always a favorite of mine. The year 2010 is a big one, but it really became a symbol of slow reading for me. The avg book read per month figure went from 1.23 to 0.504. This is a terrible downward spiral.
But, let's get to the award:
This is an incredible book: Genghis Khan and the making of the Modern World.
Please pick it up when you have the chance. This book just narrowly edges out Bret Eadton Ellis' sequel to "Less Than Zero," "Imperial Bedrooms." It was a tight race, but I found the story of Khan to be gripping.
Runners up: Two bio-books on the life of Heath Ledger, the book they made into the film, Secretariat, by Bill Nack, and a book on the histroy of the WWF.
OK, enjoy!

Film Review: Wall Street II : 8.199
Gordon Gekko is back!
What a wonderful event, this is the first time ever an Acadamy Award winning best actor winner has been able to return for a sequel. Michael Douglas, who already has earned himself a Best Supporting Actor nomination for playing the infamous villian, delivers everything you've yearned for over the past twenty-three years since the "R" rated original. At the openiing, the film hots an 8 simply for bringing back Gekko, for being 'THE' Wall Street Sequel, and for it being about Manahattan. As you can tell from the final score- the film lacks the content, the casting, the storylines, the greatlines needed for any kind of advancement from that extremely generous starting point.
Shi LaBeefheaf, who we will call "J" in the review, was a terrible casting decision. You can easily tell he has zero understanding of the financial markets. In his comments concerning preparation for the film, J, admits he is a fool. There is one line - that had to be inserted simply becasue ut had been so long in the film since J said something intelligent about the financial markets, so , at The Met, a great scene, expcept for the terrible acting by real life NY socialites wearing bling, J coughs up a painful line:
"The CDO is a great idea, it's the execution that's the problem."
Oh... REALLY?? This line is meant to give the audience the impression J knows what he is tallking about since, he seems to claim that the intrument is being marketed, and priced wrong... this is an awful part of the film.
As much as I hate drawing away from ripping into how terrible J is in this film, I must comment on the BuD Fox scene where Charlie re-unites with Gordon. Apparently, Sheen has done so many drugs that his skull has morphed into a really awkward looking orb. Charlie confided to Ollie that he has been away from film for so long, thet he is not used to camera's being so close to his FACE. Charlie, of course, has been slumming it over at "two and .5 men." for GOD KNOWs how many years.
But returning to the point - it really was a painful moment... Bud had two of the best looking woman in the film on each arm, and it came across as ebing terribly scripted... and too chippy, and cheerful. Also, the fact that Gekko could barely remember the name of the fledgling, regional airline (bluestar) that gave him eight years in prison, is POOR directing by Oliver Stone, since he must clean up some obvious mistakes made by the three dim-witted writers who pened the screenplay. I have to tip my hat the them, though, as without them the film wold not be made.
What's Missing?
Like Halloween from Rob Zombie's Halloween, there are always elements missing from films that destroy any chance of them becoming great, exceptional film. In the case of Wall Street II, the missing are obvious:
1. No East end. No scenes in the Hamptons, where the Wall Street crowd spend 50% of their time. This is a terrible mistake, a terrible miss.
2. Not enough Wall Street. Sure, the scenes from isnide The Fed were rosy, with the cherry wood chairs and the mahogany walls... but how about an entrance into The Fed, the camera concoursing from one of the entrances,m all the way to this room. There also was only shot of Gekko and J walking east on Wall, with Trinity behind them... this scene lasted six seconds. There wasn;t even a screen shot of the New York Stock Exchange.
3. The Calamity of the morning commute: A legendary opening scenes of the subway, the elevators, the hell of the overpopulation that exists in NYC, which also makes the city and the industryt so great.
4. The trading floor: I think they used the Bank of America floor in midtown. Not bad, but why is MD Frank Langella (more on his excellent performance later) sitting in the middle of the floor, with only the standard screen count? Shouldn'the at least have six screens? And the meeting rooms, these come standard on each floor, but did you see how small that room was? Give me a break- try to minimize the street in another way, not with a cubicle as an internal morning meeting conferecne room. The Bald-headed guy running that Hydra Offshore meeting did a great job, however.
More Disappointment:
Carey Mulligan should not have accepted this role, it is probabaly one of the worst written roles for a female in years. All she does is say no, run, and cry. She looks OK. Her new york accent is almost as bad as Brolin's - and together they are really bad. But don;t get me started on New York Accents.
Mailer's Kid: Norman Mailer had a son - and now we must suffer because he has chosen film as his pursuit. This kid tries to put on a NY, or Long Island accent, I'm not sure what the hell he was doing, but he sounded like he was from Eastern Europe. Slovakia? Russian? Yes, he had a russian accent, and it was terrible. We go from the hilarious Jon McGinley (I'm offering you the Knicks, and chicks), to a russian speaking broker. Very painful.
Hope
Frank Langella, a legendary actor who has rattled off roles ranging from Skeletor, Nixon, to the creep in "The Box" does a great job playing the fiesty Lou Zabel. He dies early here, but he does a fine job of representing NY, Wall Street. Stone meant for his fine performance to keep the film at a high level. But this falls to pieces when the russian broker enters the fray.
Jmae Brolin does a good job as the CEO of CS - but it does not come across very easily that he is the CEO. For starters, he is WAY TOO YOUNG to be the CEO fo a big Wall Street firm. Here's a tip: Use age enhancement make-up. Apparenlty, Javire Bardem turned down the role for a romantic comedy with Julia Robert (Eat-Pray-Love)... oh Javier, such a leadies man. Brolin does OK. He could have really ramped up this film if they had written in a revenge piece for him - for example, let's assume that J knows more than ONE industry (alt+e), given that there is no way he would be getting a 1 mm dollar bonus if he had an understanding of simply one industry, in addition ot the fact that he talks about a market cap of 1 billion with zero revenues. (market cap is #shares outstandingf multiplied by the market price), so here, Brolin could have initiated a revenge tactic, thwarting one of J's names, (stocks he covers), and the relationship could have gotten ripe on screen. Instead, they race on bikes, and the whole opportunity craps out, just like the film.
The Best
Michale Douglas deserved to win the Oscar for best supporting Actor. There is one scene, in the kitchen of his apartment high up on the 40th floor in a building on the East Side. He is talking to J, and J asks him "But you still have money, though, right?" after assessing the opulence of his aprtment, fresh from the clinky-clink.
"This...is.... a rental."
The best line in the film.
Overall, Wall Street II was an incredible journey for me, someon has used to watch the original Wall Street before I'd go on interviews down town after graduating from college. The film is certainly difficult to follow... but with Gekko Back,,, oh, and he IS back, you should be able to string something together.
There is more to tell, but I will leave it at this:
WHen Douglas gels his hair back and starts shoping for clothes... you hope that there'd be a Wall Street III coming. We need more Gekko... less crap, more Gekko.
FINAL SCORE: 8.199

Finally - a great casting call - from these idiots who actually think they are talented... and special- when in reality- they are just puppets (from hell!)
OK Check this out- finally, we have what only comes around once every five years or so...
An admirable, perfect casting call and execution. Hmmm... let's think about a few of the great ones from the recent past. Can't say enough about Captain Vidal, the villian in Pan's Labyrynth, played by Sergi L. Ayatz. Sergi was a no name, unproven prospect, but he is now one of the greatest bloodthirsty villains in cinema history. He was cast - and it was a perfect cast. Others include the obvious, Ledger as the Joker, Bridges as Crazy Heart, and Rourke as The Wrestler. Also, going back to Dennis Lehane's "Mystic River," Sean Penn was a great cast as Jimmy Markum.
So here we are, now, just imagine if your job is to be a Casting Director. Now, wake up. This is such a BS job, because all it is, is a position given to someone who has no talent, just a good contact. If you can pick up the phone... speak english, write an e-mail, you are over-qualified. They are hand selected by the studios. Now, you will find that they have an acronym after their name... this is done to yield a smoke-screen, to pretend that the job is difficult , and requires skills. This of course, is a really pathetic fucking joke.
SO, C.S.A. is the ticker, standing for Cock Sucking Assface. or Casting Society of America.
Another piece of news I think you will appreciate is - and when I say actors I mean actresses , too. When roles are available, the script is distrubuted and all actors WITHIN THAT AGE RANGE of the character, protaganist, or villain, recieves a copy of the script (if they are lucky). So, on any given day, and this happens often, five actors want the same role. For example, Ledger turned down Stone's Alexander, so Colin farrel was pciedk since he was the second choice. Ledger was alos picked #1 for the cop in "Crash" (where Matt Dillon was robbed of a best supporting actor nod), but he passed, so #2 was Ryan Phillippe. For the age range I discuss here, these guys are all going at it in competition for any available role. Phillipe, Gylenhaal, Gosling, etc. are all in competition and want "the part." Guys like Wahlberg, who is producing now ( meaning he has enough cash flow to finance what he want to do) are not incloved in the race, because they control thier destiny. This occurs with the middle aged actors as well. Nick cage wanted to be Rand The Ram Robinson, but Arranofsky ( who could shock the world- and take the Globe for best director (black swan), although he is well connected, and should win easily... at the Oscars, not the globes. So it is sort of a very competitive atmosphere in hollywood.
Anyways, let's get on to the good news.
Here, we have an outstanding selection. With Depp ( who, by the way, picked up a pair of Golden Globe nominations for best actor in "Alice in Wonderland"(supporting) and in "The Tourist." deciding to come back to oneo fht emost profitable film franchises ever, there was a need to bring in some heavy hitters ... some pirates. Enter Black Beard.. who will take over for Davey jones, and be the lead villain in the new Pirate flick ( note: this one is filmed off of Hawaii's shores, not in the Carribean like the prior three). So, who do you call... who CAN play black beard? Dozens of actors received the script, and they wanted the part. But none of them came in for a screen test, or a audition... there was only one man in Hollywood, or , on the outskirts of hollywood , who could play Black Beard. The call was made, and Ian McShane poicked up the phone.
This is such greta news, McShane is an incredible presence as an actor. He, like aranofsky, who copies Kubrick, brings realism to film. Without realism,,, film is not ... real. Joim morrison said "the misperceptions of realuity are most eleoquently expressed in film," and I know I have shoveled this crap around before, but, it is nioce, every now and then to get some really , real stuff,
I lookk forward to this film.
